Lizards

Lizards are a diverse and widespread group of squamate reptiles. There are over 2,000 species of lizards worldwide, making them the second most diverse group of reptiles after snakes. Lizards range in size from the tiny agama to the largest lizard in the world, the Komodo dragon. They occupy a wide range of habitats from deserts to forests, and can be found on every continent except Antarctica.
